Wisconsin Farm Attorney List

Home » Finding a Wisconsin Farm Lawyer » Wisconsin Farm Attorney List

Access to attorneys in rural areas has been identified as a challenge by both the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. Similarly, farmers in Wisconsin and across the country have expressed difficulty with finding an attorney who they believe can serve their needs.

In response to that need, the Farm Management Program has developed resources to help with finding a Wisconsin farm lawyer.

In addition, the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation has created a list of farm attorneys practicing in Wisconsin based on the suggestions of their members and other Wisconsin agriculturalists. This list is available below.

This resource is provided for informational purposes only. The University of Wisconsin-Madison does not endorse or refer any particular attorney, listed within this document or otherwise, nor does the University imply any guarantee of fitness for a particular service, quality, or availability. Farmers should always thoroughly vet attorneys and other service providers to ensure comfort and fit with your needs.

You can also read about finding a Wisconsin farm lawyer, review this worksheet for interviewing professionals for farm succession planning, or search for attorneys in your area on the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Lawyer Search.
