Farm Financial Management Outreach Specialist
Prior to joining UW-Madison Extension, Silva served as a research assistant at Kansas State University, where he conducted research on farm debt and combination strategies for farm safety net programs. In Extension he explores how farm policy, crop insurance, and weather-related disruptions affect producers’ income, well-being, and financial stability.
